Yleiset ehdot

Tapahtuman järjestävät yhteistyössä Enni Rukajärvi Oy ja Anni Kärävä Tmi.

Osallistumismaksu, majoitus- ja hissilippukustannukset tulevat olla maksettuna kokonaisuudessaan ennen tapahtuman alkua.

Maksulinkin eräpäivä on varauksen tekopäivä. Mikäli varausta ei makseta, on myyjällä oikeus perua varaus ilman erillistä ilmoitusta.

Luottokorttiveloituksissa ja Paylink-maksulinkillä hintaan sisällytetty palvelumaksu 5,00€.

Asiakas osallistuu tapahtumaan omalla vastuulla. Jokainen osallistuja on vastuussa omasta

vakuutusturvastaan, joka korvaa mahdollisen osallistujan itselle aiheuttaman vahingon.

Kaikilla osallistujilla on oltava voimassa oleva tapaturmavakuutus. Kypärää on käytettävä laskiessa tapahtuman aikana.

Erillisen huoneiston varaajan tulee olla täysi-ikäinen.

Erillistä huoneistoa varattaessa vähintään yhden henkilön täytyy osallistua tapahtumaan.

Ilman huoltajaa yhteismajoituksessa tai yksittäisessä majoituksessa majoittuvilta alaikäisiltä vaaditaan huoltajan kirjallinen sitoumus (majoituslupalomake löytyy ilmoittautumisen yhteydestä), joka toimitetaan järjestäjille lataamalla Lyytiin 22.2.2026 mennessä.

Varaukset peruutusoikeudella:

• Tapahtuman alkuun ollessa yli 7 viikkoa (49 vuorokautta): Varauksen voi perua kuluitta 14vrk aikana varausvahvistuksen vastaanottamisesta, tämän jälkeen pidätetään 1/3 varauksen kokonaisarvosta ja verkkokaupan palvelumaksu.

• Tapahtuman alkuun ollessa 48 vuorokautta – 29 vuorokautta: Pidätetään 1/3 varauksen kokonaisarvosta ja verkkokaupan palvelumaksu.

• Varauksen alkuun ollessa 28 vuorokautta tai vähemmän: Pidätetään 100% varauksen arvosta.

Muutokset ja peruutukset kirjallisena solinasessions@gmail.com . Verkkokaupan palvelumaksua 5,00€ ei palauteta.

Jos asiakas ei saavu ajallaan sovittuun aloituspaikkaan, järjestäjillä on oikeus periä maksettu osallistumismaksu. 

Mikäli peruutus tapahtuu asiakkaan tai hänen lähiomaisensa vakavan loukkaantumisen, sairaus- tai kuolemantapauksen johdosta ennen tapahtuman alkua, asiakkaan tulee varmistaa, että omat matka- ja tapaturmavakuutukset kattavat varauksen kulut. Peruutuksesta tulee ilmoittaa välittömästi kirjallisena solinasessions@gmail.com. Noudatamme myös näissä tapauksissa varausehtoja.

Mikäli kyseessä on ylivoimainen este, force majeure, tapahtuman järjestäjällä on oikeus perua tai keskeyttää tapahtuma. Jos tapahtuma peruuntuu, asiakas saa maksamansa osallistumismaksun kokonaisuudessaan takaisin poislukien verkkokaupan palvelumaksu. Mikäli tapahtuma keskeytyy, asiakkaalla on oikeus hyvitykseen osallistumismaksusta. Force majeure -este on kyseessä, kun palveluntuottaja ei voi toimittaa lupaamiaan palveluja esim. lakon, tulipalon, vesivahingon, luonnon katastrofin, sotatilan yms. tekijän vuoksi, joka vaikeuttaa palveluntuottajan toimintakykyä.

Covid-19- koronapandemian takia asetetut matkustusrajoitukset eivät muodosta force majeure-tilannetta, koska koronaepidemiassa asetettavat matkustusrajoitukset eivät ole ennakoimattomia.

Mikäli osallistuja ei noudata yhteisiä tapahtuman pelinsääntöjä tai käyttäytyy asiattomasti tai on osallisena tahalliseen toisen osallistujan tai ulkopuolisen henkilön vahingoittamiseen fyysisesti tai psyykkisesti, Ruka hiihtokeskuksen, Ruka Suitesin, Ruka Villagen tai Valleyn,  Ski Inn – huoneiston omaisuuden tai kiinteistön vahingoittamiseen on täysi-ikäinen osalllistuja korvausvastuussa tai alaikäisen osallistujan huoltaja korvausvastuussa. Tapahtuman järjestäjällä on oikeus poistaa osallistuja omakustanteisesti, jolloin täysi-ikäinen osallistuja tai ala-ikäisen osallistujan vanhemmat/huoltajat noutavat leiriläisen Rukalta omakustanteisesti.

Tapahtumassa noudatetaan reilun pelin periaatteita:

1. Toisen ihmisen ja elämän kunnioitus. 
2. Terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin edistäminen. 
3. Vastuu kasvatuksesta. 
4. Avoimuus, demokratia, rehellisyys ja oikeudenmukaisuus. 
5. Kaikkien tasavertainen oikeus liikuntaan ja urheiluun.
6. Kestävä kehitys ja luonnon kunnioittaminen.

Solina Sessions 2026 Booking and Cancellation Policy

General Terms

The event is organized in collaboration between Enni Rukajärvi Oy and Anni Kärävä Tmi.

The participation fee, accommodation, and lift pass costs must be fully paid before the event starts.

The payment link’s due date is the date of booking. If the reservation is not paid, the seller has the right to cancel the booking without further notice.

For credit card charges and payments via Paylink, a service fee of €5.00 is included in the price.

The customer participates in the event at their own risk. Each participant is responsible for their own insurance, which covers any potential damage caused to themselves during participation. 

All participants must have a valid accident insurance. A helmet must be worn when riding.

The person booking a separate accommodation unit must be of legal age. 

When booking a separate accommodation, at least one person must participate in the event.

For minors staying in shared or individual accommodation without a guardian, written consent from a guardian is required (accommodation permission form will be provided with registration form) and must be submitted to the organizers via Lyyti no later than 22nd of February 2026.

Bookings with Cancellation Rights:

• If more than 7 weeks (49 days) remain before the event begins: The booking can be canceled free of charge within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. After this period, 1/3 of the total booking value and the online store service fee will be retained.
• If 48 to 29 days remain before the event begins: 1/3 of the total booking value and the online store service fee will be retained.
• If 28 days or less remain before the event begins: 100% of the booking value will be retained.

Accommodation bookings are subject to Ski Inn terms: Ski Inn Terms and Conditions 

Changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to solinasessions@gmail.com. The €5.00 online store service fee is non-refundable.

If the customer does not arrive on time at the agreed starting point, the organizers have the right to charge the paid participation fee.

If a cancellation occurs due to a serious injury, illness, or death of the customer or their close family member before the event begins, the customer must ensure that their travel and accident insurance covers the booking costs. Cancellation must be reported immediately in writing to solinasessions@gmail.com. The booking terms still apply in these cases.

In case of force majeure, the event organizers have the right to cancel or interrupt the event. If the event is canceled, the customer will receive a full refund of the participation fee, excluding the online store service fee. If the event is interrupted, the customer is entitled to a refund of the participation fee. Force majeure occurs when the service provider is unable to deliver promised services due to factors such as strikes, fires, water damage, natural disasters, war, or other circumstances that hinder the service provider’s ability to operate.

Travel restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic do not constitute a force majeure situation, as these restrictions are not unforeseen.

If a participant fails to comply with the event’s general rules or behaves inappropriately or is involved in intentionally harming another participant or an outsider physically or mentally, or damages property at Ruka Ski Resort, Ruka Suites, Ruka Village or Valley, or Ski Inn accommodations, the adult participant is liable for compensation, or the guardian of a minor participant is liable for compensation. The event organizers have the right to remove the participant at their own expense, and the adult participant or the parents/guardians of a minor participant must arrange for the participant to be picked up at their own cost.
